Apartments Kanegra Plava Laguna

It's very specific accommodation, since it's located in a very nice place, but there are several beaches there, not all of them is equipped even with the toilet

Kanegra in Istria is such a wonderful place! The beach is amazing, the surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful perfect for a relaxing holiday. It would be even better if the place was a bit renovated and made cozier. The only downsides were the lack of a laundry room and no kettle in the accommodation. But overall, it was a great experience, and we really enjoyed it with the kids!

These are lovely bungalows, built during late socialism and well kept since, meaning that they are nicely situated in the nature creating a sense of village community, while providing privacy. Though bungalows have no air conditioning, you actually really do not need it, as the houses are situated in a wooded area, on a hill overlooking see, so there is pleasant breeze during day and night. The beaches are walking distance from the houses, and there are few modest restaurants and cafés along the beach. There is a dog beach on the one side of the camp so it would be convenient to get the bungalow nearby.

Location. A lot of space. Older children can play and run on their own and it feels safe. You have some grassy areas where you can kick the ball barefoot. You can ride a bike or jog although it is hilly. You can find nice shady spots by the see or in the forest where you can relax and read a book. There is also a well equipped market however open only till 2pm.

Is peacefull! It's in the pine tree. It's in the Piran bay. It's right accros Portoroz and Secovljanske soline, so ithas nice view. I think the see there is clean, most of the time. You can see trough it... It's perfect for families. You can have all sorts of fun in pine tree. And there are place for all kind of sports. It is preety cheap, considering where it is located. The beach is nothing special. And there's rocks on the beach, which I find hard for feet. But in that part of Croatia beaches are nothing special ussualy. For me beaches in Portoroz and Izola are not too bad. We used this accomodation as a starting point for discovering Slovenian riviera. There are no more customs, so it is preety conveniant. And it is much cheaper than accomodations in Slovenia. We were here once before and than we swam, so we know what it's like here. There are parking spots next to bungalows. You should only come here with a car or bike, so You could go to Slovenian riviera, or Umag, or Buje, Groznjan, Motovun, or anywhere in Istra, or in Trieste or Venezia... Otherways it seems to me that it would be boring, esspecially if You come for a longer period of time. But I guess it all depands on who likes what... There is a groceries shop, but it has short working time. There is also one pizzeria, one bar with grill etc. Recomendations! For families, as I wrote allready. I would definitely come again. And I hope I will in near future, while my kids are small because I think for them here is the nicest.! Pine forest is so good that You feel chill here in the midle of summer.
